Limitation
Being limited feels good.
I used to think about why I procaste so much. I thought if you have a fast laptop, perfect technology, etc. etc. I will be able to do things.
In reality, what I face today is a lot of distractions. It's easy to change from one website to another, from social media to social media. It's so hard to focus when distractions are easily accessible.
After all the sadness and regret, I realized.
I realized that limitation makes me productive, makes me who I am today.
In the past, when I had a slow laptop, it was so slow that when you boot it up, you have to wait 10 minutes for the desktop to show up.
And I had a phone that had little storage. I can't have many pictures and apps, otherwise it makes my phone slow and unusable.
But...the slow laptop I had forced me to do things sooner than others.
If I have to join a Zoom meeting at 8 AM, I have my laptop ready at 7:30 AM.
And I rarely used my phone, because there's nothing interesting in my phone.
Limitation is good. You don't need to downgrade your phone, you just need to limit yourself artificially.
